9 September 2020 (4:00PM – 5:30PM HKT | 5:00PM – 6:30PM JST)
The demand for virtual hearing services has increased significantly with the onset of COVID-19. HKIAC has valuable first-hand experience administering virtual hearings. This seminar will address the key decisions virtual-hearing participants need to make in terms of procedure and technology. Expert speakers will cover some of the most common questions asked, concerns raised, and most effective solutions. It will also address how a hybrid arbitration hearing held in two locations (Hong Kong and Japan) could be conducted.
This seminar will also address neutrality and efficiency of Hong Kong as a seat of arbitration.
