The Japan International Dispute Resolution Center, co-host with Miami University Law School and other institutions, will hold a series of online seminar titled “International Arbitration in the U.S and the Americas”, which is on human resource development in international arbitration on Thursday, April 22, from 12:00p.m.(Japan time).

Session 1 will feature a panel discussion by international arbitration specialists on the theme of Introduction to International Arbitration in the U.S. and the Americas. Session 2 will focus on Legal Education and Practice Opportunities in International Arbitration in the U.S. for Foreign-trained Lawyers.

The University of Miami is the only law school in the U.S. with a course specializing in international arbitration. Session 2 will be presented by the head of the international arbitration course. This is a unique opportunity for those who are considering studying at a law school in the U.S. and those who are involved in the education of international arbitration to gain valuable information.
