Seminar Information: Recent Trends in Arbitration in Cambodia and Japan (October 2nd)

JIDRC, the English Language Based Master of Law (ELBML) Program of the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE), the Research Unit on “Decolonizing Arbitration” of Nagoya University, and the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association are organizing a seminar on Recent Trends in Arbitration in Cambodia and Japan.

The purpose of this joint seminar is to provide participants with basic knowledge and understandings of the principles and contemporary practices of commercial arbitration in Cambodia and Japan.
