Joint Webinar “Various Tools to Conduct Arbitration And Mediation Fairly and Efficiently under AAA/ICDR Rules” (March 2, 10am-noon, 2022)

AAA/ICDR is the representative ADR institution in the US. Its rule incorporates various tools to conduct arbitration and mediation fairly and efficiently. AAA/ICDR also promotes online communication with cybersecurity well in mind. This webinar begins with the Signing Ceremony of MOU between AAA/ICDR and JIDRC, followed by discussion among specialists in the US and Japan on how Japanese companies may utilize AAA/ICDR Rules.
